Other than low lead and low cadmium content in lead field, the other requirements under RoHs is chlorinate –free halogen, therefore, we divided our solder wire products into RA and RMA types for wider application. The rosin is made of high purity hydrogenated resin and activator is with advanced activator series. It smells with rosin scent, and is equipped with good dispersion capacity and stability.
